Responsibilities
- Gather use cases with business areas and build them end to end on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, from definition through production.
- Own day-to-day Copilot Studio operations, including tickets, escalations, and meetings with business users.
- Monitor published agents for usage, performance, and availability.
- Establish governance for standards, environments, permissions, and traceability.
- Resolve access, permissions, and requirements issues so use cases reach production.
- Evaluate alternative low-code tools and agent builders and migrate use cases when appropriate.
Requirements
- Production experience building Power Platform solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Automate.
- Ability to compare tools and select the appropriate solution for each use case.
- Experience serving as the point of contact for a solution with business users and providing ongoing support.
- Ability to proactively communicate progress and issues involving business areas.
- Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into working solutions.
- Experience working in corporate environments with controls, permissions, and multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with n8n, Make, Dify, or similar low-code and agent-building tools.
- Preferred experience governing or monitoring Power Platform tenants, including environments, DLP policies, CoE Starter Kit, or Application Insights.
- Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, AB-410, or AB-620 are preferred.
- Python or JavaScript scripting experience and experience in regulated environments are preferred.
