Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement CIAM solutions across enterprise-scale environments.
- Build and integrate customer authentication, authorization, and identity verification capabilities including MFA and ID proofing.
- Collaborate with architects, security teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions.
- Support the integration of CIAM platforms with applications, APIs, and customer-facing digital channels.
- Contribute to CIAM capability assessments and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering Customer Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with leading CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, or ForgeRock.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and identity verification capabilities.
- Understanding of identity standards and protocols including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
