Responsibilities
- Build working AI solutions based on scoped use cases from the Director, AI Enablement.
- Create prototypes quickly to demonstrate AI capabilities to business teams.
- Translate workflow assessments into technical designs and deployable solutions.
- Engage with business teams to understand workflows and identify AI leverage points.
- Run sessions to map workflows and surface friction points.
- Support user acceptance testing and iterate based on real usage feedback.
- Contribute to vendor evaluations with a practical perspective.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quick wins and strategic builds.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a business-facing function such as operations, finance, or marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
- Ability to improve messy processes and make them more efficient.
- Comfortable communicating with non-technical stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Strong skills in coding or no-code tools to independently deploy solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects without dropping tasks.
- Curiosity about organizational workflows and bottlenecks.
