Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or APEX.
- Design scalable automation frameworks for Salesforce and SAP integrations.
- Create and execute test cases including functional, regression, sanity, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Validate eCommerce workflows including product catalog, search, cart, checkout, and order management.
- Test integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and external systems.
- Ensure accurate data flow and business process validation across systems.
- Design and maintain API test automation for REST services.
- Execute performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform production smoke testing post-deployment.
- Maintain test suites for optimal coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Maintain test data and ensure environment readiness.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Mentor team members and promote automation best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in automated testing of Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and APEX.
- Expertise in API testing and performance testing tools.
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications and end-to-end integration testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
