$169k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and drive major projects from design to production.
- Set high standards of excellence and provide technical insights during architecture design reviews.
- Mentor and grow engineers into Senior and Staff levels.
- Focus on customer needs to build the right solutions.
- Build services that meet high availability, performance, and security standards.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience driving technical strategy across multiple teams.
- Expertise in building large-scale cloud services and knowledge of database technologies.
- Experience designing and delivering high-availability, scalable cloud-based systems.
- Backend experience in managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, or C#.
- Frontend experience with JavaScript, Typescript, React, or Angular.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers to create a technical backlog.
