Responsibilities
- Own the architecture design and optimization of microservice governance, RPC, messaging, and data middleware frameworks.
- Research, select, and implement middleware technologies to improve system availability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Customize and performance-tune Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
- Optimize RPC communication and message-queue transmission while resolving distributed-system data consistency issues.
- Design efficient data-storage solutions and optimize data-access performance and cost.
- Lead integrated deployment, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and emergency response for middleware systems.
- Track industry trends, introduce new technologies, and promote team technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- More than 6 years of software development experience and at least 4 years of middleware or distributed-systems architecture experience.
- Successful experience designing architectures for large-scale projects or complex systems.
- Proficiency in microservice architecture and frameworks including Spring Cloud and Dubbo, plus messaging middleware such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Deep understanding of Redis, MongoDB, and MySQL design and optimization.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch optimization and configuration centers such as Nacos and Apollo.
- Experience with Kong API Gateway and Kubernetes, and understanding of etcd, Zookeeper, ServiceMesh, Sidecar, and eBPF.
- Ability to independently complete the process from requirements analysis through technical-solution design.
- Applicants should currently have the right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
