Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale AI business solutions, Power Platform target architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Define solution, integration, governance, security, data, and lifecycle-management architectures.
- Lead and advise the Power Platform community and create roadmaps for expanding development capabilities.
- Contribute to proposals, pre-sales activity, RFPs, bids, client pitches, events, proofs of concept, and demonstrator solutions.
- Develop internal campaigns, whitepapers, think-tanks, offerings, and practice operations.
- Provide formal line management and informal mentoring, coaching, and learning development for junior digital architects.
Requirements
- Experience defining the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience assessing, demonstrating, or implementing AI capabilities including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and generative AI experiences.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems, cloud services, Azure services, APIs, event-driven architectures, identity platforms, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience defining governance, security, and lifecycle management, including DLP policies, environment strategy, solution packaging, ALM, and platform administration.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks, system design, integration patterns, security, data modelling, and information management.
- Ability to align technology portfolios with business strategy and communicate AI value, risks, trade-offs, and organisational impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with working teams, senior leadership, Microsoft-aligned partners, and alliance stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and direct technical teams and develop junior digital architects through line management, mentoring, coaching, and learning development.
