Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clear, testable specifications with defined success criteria and edge cases.
- Work with AI tools and improve agentic workflows through guardrails, processes, and quality controls.
- Direct AI agents through small, verifiable steps, correcting output that diverges from the intended solution.
- Own shipped code through production, including root-cause debugging and prevention through tests, lint rules, or agent constraints.
- Deliver medium-to-complex frontend features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
- Build reusable, production-quality React components and integrate them reliably with backend services.
- Review agent output for correctness, standards, performance, accessibility, and architectural drift.
- Share effective agent workflows and collaborate with Product and engineering peers on architecture and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3–6 years of frontend software engineering experience.
- Strong React.js expertise, including component contracts, state management, rendering, and performance behavior.
- Solid understanding of browser parsing, rendering, painting, semantic HTML, and accessibility.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JSON, build tools, and Git.
- Excellent debugging skills and attention to cross-browser compatibility and measurable frontend performance.
- Ability to critically review and course-correct AI agent output and explain technical trade-offs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
