Responsibilities
- Develop 5G baseband architecture, functionality, and features focused on signal-processing functions in uplink receivers.
- Write high-quality, optimized, mostly threaded code in a multi-core environment.
- Maintain and improve the quality of the L1 Baseband product.
- Write unit tests and multi-component tests.
- Perform troubleshooting and customer support.
- Drive continuous product and process improvements.
- Participate in early-phase studies and transform requirements into L1 implementations.
Requirements
- Strong, proven software development experience.
- Required C programming skills and experience.
- Signal-processing knowledge.
- Multi-core processor programming experience.
- Real-time embedded-systems knowledge.
- BSc-level education in a technical discipline or equivalent knowledge; MSc preferred.
- English-language skills.
- Assembler experience is desired.
- Experience with Python, C++, Erlang, or Matlab is a plus.
