Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies based on software requirements.
- Improve and streamline SQA processes.
- Write test plans and test cases aligned with functional specifications and marketing requirements.
- Identify, debug, and resolve software issues and defects.
- Maintain documentation for bugs and other software issues.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design and complete regression tests with requirements-to-test traceability.
- Collaborate with software, firmware, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software quality testing and product release processes.
- Knowledge of software engineering processes and development lifecycles.
- Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation.
- Expertise in functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and localization testing.
- Experience testing software APIs with SoapUI and Postman.
- Proficiency debugging on macOS and Windows.
- Strong troubleshooting, debug, and trace skills, including use of USB analyzers or Wireshark.
- Experience with JIRA, Git, or Agile-based tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
