Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software functionality, performance, and quality validation.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to acceptance criteria.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide developers with detailed information to resolve defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews and technical communities.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline creation and develop automation agents using AI tools where required.
- Support risk management, policy and control adherence, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Good understanding of core Java concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GitLab Duo and Copilot.
- PEGA working knowledge is valued.
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines is valued.
- Ability to create automation agents using AI tools is valued.
- Strong technical knowledge of software testing, defect analysis, quality practices, and relevant risk and control processes.
