Responsibilities
- Develop automated software tools that replace manual data-gathering processes across multiple systems and devices.
- Integrate parallel data streams from APIs, tools, logs, and systems into cohesive software solutions.
- Develop tools to orchestrate device interactions across multiple systems.
- Build applications to assist system engineers with debugging and monitoring live field systems.
- Collaborate with a small development team and participate in automation design with test leads.
- Support the lab test team during execution of the automated tools developed.
- Attend live meetings with USA-based team members, usually in the evening local time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 6–8 years of software development experience is preferred in the skills requirements; the posting also lists 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with business process automation, EIA, software orchestration technologies, and Python-based automation frameworks is strongly preferred.
- Experience with asynchronous programming is strongly preferred.
- Experience with front-end system development such as React.
- Experience with regular expressions and predictive text data processing.
- Cable network architecture, specification, engineering, and validation experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI Agent, Skill, or MCP is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
