Responsibilities
- Deliver Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, upgrades, integrations, customizations, and extensions using X++.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using OData, REST/SOAP APIs, AIF/DMF, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory, Dual Write, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Build SSRS, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric reports and support data migration using DMF/Data Management Framework.
- Configure security roles, privileges, workflows, batch jobs, and performance tuning for D365 F&O environments.
- Create reusable templates, frameworks, accelerators, technical design documents, and Python scripts for testing automation.
- Manage version control, branching, CI/CD pipelines, builds, releases, deployments, and environments across Dev, UAT, and Prod.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, guide peers and junior developers, and mentor technical teams.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of demonstrated experience in ERP technologies, including 6+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX technical development.
- Experience as a technical developer on at least five full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
- Expertise in X++, D365 F&O layered architecture, upgrade-safe extensions, Visual Studio, SSRS, workflows, batch jobs, security configuration, and performance tuning.
- Experience with D365 F&O Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations modules.
- Experience designing APIs, authentication and authorization flows, data migrations, integration pipelines, and large-scale transactional database solutions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, pipelines, CI/CD, release management, test plans, GitHub, Lifecycle Services, and Power Platform Admin Center.
- Experience building automated tests and testing scripts using Python or other frameworks; preferred exposure to Leapwork, Azure App Testing, Playwright, JMeter, Ranorex, or Selenium.
- Preferred MB-500: Finance & Operations Apps Developer certification and experience with Power Pages or AI-powered Copilot Studio.
- Ability to mentor developers, manage technical delivery, prepare technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with finance, supply chain, IT, and dealer stakeholders.
