Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional testing for Blue Yonder WMS across PDT, SIT, UAT, test strategy, planning, execution governance, and reporting.
- Derive test cases from functional requirements and solution design documents and validate inbound, outbound, WCS, and inventory workflows.
- Validate WMS configurations, RF screens, workflows, integrations, reports, labels, MOCA-related components, and data integrity.
- Own defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, fix validation, and defect-leakage reduction across environments.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and development stakeholders to define requirements, support UAT, and achieve sign-off readiness.
- Lead and mentor functional testing teams and promote knowledge sharing, documentation standards, reusable test frameworks, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management.
- Strong functional knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS and warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, supply-chain, and warehouse operations.
- Extensive functional testing experience covering SIT, UAT, end-to-end validation, test planning, execution tracking, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience validating Blue Yonder WMS configurations, RF workflows, device and system integrations, and related data.
- Knowledge of MOCA, Page Builder, Reports, Integrator, and Labels, plus strong Jira knowledge.
- Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, or DB2 for validation and data checks.
- Preferred experience includes 3PL, 4PL, or retail warehouse implementations; WMS upgrades or cloud migrations; automation testing; global onsite-offshore delivery; and CI/CD, GitHub, Agile, or DevOps delivery models.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
