Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, execution, and governance of automated test solutions.
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Java.
- Lead teams, mentor junior members, make team decisions, and provide subject-matter expertise.
- Drive automation strategy, code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align product goals and business objectives.
- Plan projects, estimate work, track delivery, and manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Perform and support functional, regression, and integration testing and resolve testing-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years using Playwright.
- Strong automation knowledge in Playwright and good automation knowledge in Selenium with Java.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and defect management.
- Experience designing and developing automation frameworks and leading teams and deliveries.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders and working independently on end-to-end tasks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and ALM Octane or similar test management tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot for improving testing efficiency is preferred.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
