Responsibilities
- Build automated test scripts with Leapwork and Playwright for Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, and performance benchmarks.
- Perform regression cycles, upgrade readiness testing, hotfix validation, environment troubleshooting, and compatibility validation for cumulative updates.
- Conduct API testing for CE integrations and data migration testing using Data Export Service, Dataflows, and ETL techniques.
- Prepare test design documents, reusable QA templates, and developer guides for team adoption.
- Conduct peer reviews of test automation scripts, enforce coding standards, and support compliance with Microsoft best practices.
- Validate workflows, security roles, performance, and mobile applications.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules or F&O.
- Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills for test automation.
- Experience with Leapwork and Playwright for automated testing.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, security role validation, performance tuning, and upgrade readiness testing.
- Proficiency in API testing using OData, REST/SOAP, and Dataverse APIs.
- Experience with data migration testing, Data Export Service, Dataflows, and ETL techniques.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated regression and release validation.
