Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship AI-powered systems for voice interaction and real-world audio
- Build voice-first interfaces, AI agents, audio intelligence pipelines, and search over voice data
- Extract insights from noisy, unstructured conversations
- Develop new AI techniques, tooling, and models as an early member of the AI engineering team
- Work across data acquisition, real-time inference, and user-facing chat interfaces
- Talk to and visit customers in the field to understand needs and solve practical problems
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Familiarity with AI tools including evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, and prompt engineering
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
- Strong curiosity, customer focus, accountability, empathy, and comfort with experimentation
