Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop existing backend and frontend services for the Athelas device product.
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and regulatory functions.
- Utilize a tech stack including Python, Flask, React, Postgres, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with proficiency in Python.
- Deep expertise in developing and managing data pipelines and experience with PostgreSQL.
- Advanced knowledge in Containerization and Cloud Services (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset, passionate about high-impact projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in building, scaling, and maintaining production environments.
- Advanced skills in system monitoring, alerting, reporting, and software reliability engineering.
- Exceptional sense of product development with a focus on user experience.
