Responsibilities
- Develop well-designed and scalable applications.
- Deliver medium-complexity modules and features on time while meeting functional, quality, and performance requirements.
- Research and understand unfamiliar codebases.
- Handle ambiguous or undefined problems and think abstractly.
- Develop software using one or more listed programming languages and technologies.
- Work effectively in an Agile environment following Scrum processes.
- Maintain high-quality standards and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
- Continually improve technical and product knowledge while working with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related program.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience with frontend and backend technologies.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and database concepts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Pride in ownership and passion for innovation.
- Experience or strong interest in Agile methods such as Scrum, XP, Business Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery.
