Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operationally support applications incorporating AI, automation, and cloud technologies.
- Own multiple software features and capabilities end to end, from requirements clarification and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build APIs, services, integrations, event-driven applications, and production AI applications using agentic frameworks.
- Translate incomplete or evolving requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate technical decisions clearly.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, mission partners, and stakeholders to deliver working systems.
- Help establish development practices, reusable technical patterns, and reference implementations while mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying production software applications.
- Experience with Python and at least one of Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience building production AI applications with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock Agents, or CrewAI.
- Experience with APIs, services, integrations, event-driven applications, automated testing, debugging, documentation, dependency management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing and deploying containerized applications in cloud environments using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Preferred experience includes AI application patterns such as tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, workflow orchestration, and agent evaluation.
- Preferred experience includes Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent technologies, enterprise cloud platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, databases, caching, message queues, streaming, observability, regulated environments, and application or cloud security.
