Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex, maintainable frontend solutions end to end using Angular and related technologies.
- Debug, investigate, analyze, and remediate issues across a complex system landscape.
- Conduct peer design and code reviews to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, reusable, extensible, and compliant with standards.
- Apply frontend testing and QA automation practices to support software quality and maintainability.
- Drive delivery-process automation and identify opportunities to minimize operational toil.
- Collaborate with international engineering teams, communicate effectively, and contribute to skills and best practices.
- Assess security, risk, control, and potential risk events within engineering designs and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of proven experience as a Frontend Engineer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript, including optimization methods, and hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular.
- Advanced practical experience in frontend testing using Karma/Jasmine or Jest.
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable, efficient code and conduct thorough code reviews.
- In-depth understanding of software quality and maintainability, including participation in QA automation processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and English-language skills.
- Experience with React, Google Cloud Platform, GitHub workflows, UX design, or Figma is preferred.
