Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement cloud-based solutions and infrastructure configurations in AWS using infrastructure as code.
- Deploy, configure, and manage AWS services and infrastructure with Terraform.
- Collaborate with application development, networking, infrastructure, information security, risk, identity and access management, and security operations stakeholders.
- Automate and optimize application and infrastructure environments.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure involving AMIs, containers, and serverless functions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and supporting tools for development, integration, and production environments.
- Set up monitoring with Amazon CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog, or similar services to track infrastructure, performance, application errors, and system metrics.
- Translate business requirements into technical operational requirements and propose CI/CD pipelines, tools, and plugins.
- Design automated monitoring dashboards, notifications, trends, and real-time metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with open-source plugin integrations.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Agile, Scrum, and development environments.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with configuration management, cloud orchestration, and automation tools in AWS environments.
- At least 5 years of experience provisioning and managing infrastructure and applications in AWS cloud environments.
- At least 2 years of experience identifying and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment automation.
- At least 5 years of experience writing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
- Must reside and work in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years.
- Preferred experience with Java software development, Datadog, Linux, AWS multi-account architecture, and automated monitoring.
- Knowledge of AWS Control Tower, SCPs, GuardRails, Transit Gateways, cloud architecture, migrations, networking, security, storage, analytics, or machine learning.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, Common Criteria, MLOps, and the machine learning lifecycle is preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon SageMaker, Apache Airflow, Looker, or Trifacta is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
