Base Salary
$95k - $127k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded real-time software architecture, designs, interfaces, APIs, requirements, implementations, debugging, and integrations.
- Define software test cases and procedures and develop software test applications.
- Lead team members through full software lifecycle activities, including verification, validation, certification, and delivery.
- Own project execution activities including scope, schedule, cost, technical definition, quality, progress metrics, and earned value reporting.
- Execute software reuse strategies, technology trade studies, and technology and tool selections within a product-line development environment.
- Collaborate with local and remote members of a global engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a software engineering discipline.
- U.S. citizenship status is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in an engineering-related field, experience with software development processes and certification standards, and experience with C, C++, Ada, Python, XML, UML, multicore systems, RTOS technologies, hypervisors, automated software build and test, continuous integration, and software metrics.
