Responsibilities
- Design and deliver architecture solutions within governance and target operating models.
- Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 and low-code projects.
- Define architectural guardrails, architecture runways, detailed designs, and solution visions with engineering teams.
- Create and assure key architecture artefacts including key design decisions, technical options papers, high-level and low-level designs, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
- Act as a lead subject-matter expert for engineering teams and help unblock technical issues.
- Engage and influence client stakeholders and decision makers through consulting and stakeholder-management activities.
- Support senior client leaders with cases for change, cost estimation, detailed planning, and benefits realization.
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders using architecture and delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated architecture skills across multiple domains, with a specialism in at least one of Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security architecture.
- Practical understanding and application of TOGAF and SAFe.
- Experience using architecture modelling tools and frameworks such as UML, ArchiMate, and Ardoq.
- Experience designing and delivering architecture solutions using Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Hands-on Software Engineering or Dynamics 365 implementation experience and experience leading engineering teams are expected to support credibility in the role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical-thinking, collaboration, consulting, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Applicants for applicable UK roles must meet baseline and any higher security-clearance requirements, including potentially five years of continuous UK residency.
