Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of agentic AI solutions to drive customer adoption.
- Partner with senior developers on client-facing projects.
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying agentic workflows.
- Build reusable agentic components following best practices.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Support enhancements and change requests for existing solutions.
- Participate in testing activities and document test cases.
- Troubleshoot issues in processes with mentorship.
- Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the automation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
- Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming, preferably Java or C#.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and SDLC.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or agentic frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly Python.
- Basic knowledge of databases and query languages like SQL.
- Previous internship or project experience in software development or AI/ML.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in hands-on development of intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a project-driven team.
- Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
