Responsibilities
- Partner with Product teams to refine business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define front-end architecture, reusable design patterns, and React best practices.
- Drive UI/UX excellence across the HIS V3 platform, including responsive interfaces and micro-interactions.
- Improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and performance across application modules.
- Lead AngularJS-to-React modernization programs.
- Identify and address UI/UX challenges and technical design gaps.
- Mentor developers and establish adherence to development and coding standards.
- Provide expertise in React and associated libraries and frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of overall software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience working on HIS products with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience leading AngularJS-to-React modernization programs.
- Strong expertise in React and related libraries and frameworks.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong UI/UX design knowledge, including defining standards, driving consistency, and improving user adoption.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and establishing development best practices.
- Ability to design rich user experiences, micro-interactions, responsive interfaces, and modern user journeys.
