Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver production-ready software using Java full-stack development.
- Build scalable and maintainable software architectures, including front-end, back-end, and database solutions.
- Integrate AI components into software applications and apply AI-native practices across the software lifecycle.
- Validate solutions for quality and compliance and continuously improve software delivery and operational processes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead innovation efforts, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of server-side programming and database management.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience integrating AI components into software applications.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
