Base Salary
$150k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems and tools that enable Generative AI technologies in enterprise applications using the C3 AI Platform.
- Develop scalable end-to-end machine learning pipelines in distributed systems with heterogeneous hardware, including GPUs and TPUs.
- Research and implement approaches for efficiently training and fine-tuning Generative AI models with data scientists.
- Work with product owners to define and lead the long-term development of the C3 Generative AI Suite.
- Own projects across the software engineering lifecycle and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced software company; 5+ years is preferred.
- Excellent Python programming skills; Java and JavaScript experience are preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of data structures, algorithms, profiling and optimization, DRY code, and object-oriented and functional programming.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with a track record of applying them in production systems.
- Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership and strong listening and explanation skills.
- Demonstrated interest in Generative AI technologies, such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or ChatGPT Plugins.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology is preferred.
