Responsibilities
- Build robust, resilient systems and productivity tooling that reduce manual work and improve internal team workflows.
- Create documentation and runbooks and hand ownership back to internal teams after delivery.
- Identify recurring stakeholder needs and contribute them to the Business Enablement Tooling roadmap.
- Automate complex internal processes using Google Vertex AI, Google ADK, and software engineering.
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery by writing code, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful deployment.
- Develop proofs of concept and minimum viable products, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and incorporate feedback.
- Resolve complex technical challenges involving data integrations, Kubernetes, GCP, and AI agent orchestration.
Requirements
- Expertise in software engineering and strong independent automation, scripting, troubleshooting, and scaling skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, applied ML workflows, third-party AI model integrations such as Gemini, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Google ADK.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Experience rolling out and maintaining integrations with enterprise applications including Slack Enterprise Grid, Zoom, and the Atlassian suite.
- Ability to understand non-technical problems, translate them into technical requirements, communicate complex concepts clearly, and produce high-quality documentation.
- Security-first approach to protecting data and systems while maintaining a good user experience.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives autonomously and deliver fast, impactful solutions.
