Responsibilities
- Build robust, resilient systems and productivity tooling that reduce manual work and improve internal team workflows.
- Create AI-powered automations such as support agents, intelligent documentation retrieval, and contract review workflows using Google Vertex AI, Google ADK, and software engineering.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery by writing code, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful deployment and measurable business impact.
- Develop proofs of concept and minimum viable products, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Resolve complex technical challenges involving data integrations on GCP and Kubernetes and advanced AI agent orchestration.
- Create documentation and runbooks, then hand ownership back to the relevant function or team.
- Identify recurring stakeholder issues and contribute them to the Business Enablement Tooling roadmap.
Requirements
- Expertise in software engineering and strong automation skills, including independently building, troubleshooting, and scaling scripts and tools.
- Client-facing experience such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer experience.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied machine learning workflows.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party AI models such as Gemini and using agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Google ADK.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI integrations, and deploying to on-premises infrastructure such as Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Experience rolling out and maintaining integrations across enterprise applications such as Slack Enterprise Grid, Zoom, and the Atlassian suite.
- Ability to translate non-technical issues into technical requirements, communicate complex concepts clearly, and produce high-quality documentation.
- Ability to design solutions with a security-first mindset and lead technical initiatives autonomously.
