Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute testing in alignment with enterprise and industry standards.
- Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across testing types, projects, and platform lifecycles.
- Develop, enhance, and deploy BDD and automation frameworks and service virtualization capabilities.
- Develop and automate tests, promote in-sprint automation, and integrate testing into CI/CD/CT pipelines.
- Define quality metrics, communicate risks and mitigation strategies, and support data-driven decisions.
- Estimate testing costs and deliverables and optimize quality-related expenditures.
- Drive continuous improvement and advocate for quality and high-quality code across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–3 years of relevant software testing experience, including API and accessibility testing.
- Hands-on experience with Java, GitHub, and RestAssured.
