Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end quality strategy for product features.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Perform deep manual and exploratory testing for complex security use cases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to define acceptance criteria.
- Identify, debug, and root-cause complex issues using logs and metrics.
- Contribute to release processes, including build validation and regression cycles.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development velocity and test generation.
- Continuously improve testing practices, frameworks, and tooling.
- Advocate for shift-left testing and quality ownership across teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering or QA.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience building or working with test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD systems and modern release workflows.
- Experience with version control (Git) and build/package tools.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience with API testing tools.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using observability tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of modern software delivery pipelines and release processes.
- Experience or strong interest in the security/cybersecurity domain.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve development processes.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application.
