Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features including APIs, UIs, and backend logic.

- Unblock teams and learn new tools to ensure project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience with full-stack web applications using Next.js/React and Python.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern web stacks.
- Solid front-end skills in component architecture and state management.
- Track record of owning features from design to post-launch iteration.
- Mindset focused on code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable operating production systems and meeting low-latency requirements.
- No CS degree required; impact and craftsmanship are prioritized.
