Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain observability platforms, dashboards, alert rules, metric scrapers, and log pipelines across infrastructure tiers.
- Triage and resolve platform incidents, including broken scrapers, missing metrics, failed log ingestion, dashboard errors, and deployment failures, within SLA commitments.
- Manage Alertmanager and Xmatters alerting, escalation policies, on-call schedules, routing rules, and integration health.
- Operate Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, HashiCorp Vault, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, CMDB, and related infrastructure tooling.
- Monitor and support LLM runbook automation, agentic ITSM workflows, AI alert correlation, chatbot interfaces, RAG queries, and LLMOps pipelines.
- Perform root cause analysis, execute approved changes, maintain operational runbooks, and drive preventive actions.
- Support audit, compliance, access-log, configuration-export, change-evidence, asset-management, and CMDB reconciliation activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Agentic Orchestration is required.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
- Experience operating Splunk or ELK, including dashboards, alert rules, metric scrapers, and log pipelines.
- Experience with Terraform operations across AWS and GCP, including plan/apply execution, state management, drift response, module consumption, and workspace administration.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for pipeline monitoring, runner management, deployment triage, and GitOps support.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Xmatters, incident management, change management, RCA documentation, and CMDB or asset-management operations.
- Python or Bash scripting experience for automation, API-driven tooling management, and alert-driven remediation.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini is advantageous.
- Experience with Ansible or Chef, Kubernetes operations on EKS or GKE, and observability-as-code practices is advantageous.
