Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale agentic AI solutions, AI assistants, autonomous agents, and LLM-powered workflow automation platforms.
- Build, deploy, and optimize RAG applications, enterprise knowledge systems, AI services, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Develop data ingestion, extraction, indexing, retrieval, semantic search, vector search, hybrid search, and graph-based retrieval pipelines.
- Create browser-based automation solutions using Playwright and Puppeteer.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize containerized AI applications in cloud environments.
- Establish AI testing, benchmarking, evaluation, experimentation, observability, and performance optimization frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and architectures and apply software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level graduation in a field such as B.Tech, B.Com, or B.Sc; the posting also lists MBA and M.Tech as qualifying education options.
- Strong programming expertise in Python for AI applications, automation, and backend services.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI, machine learning, data-driven, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience building LLM- and generative-AI-powered applications, AI assistants, agentic architectures, RAG solutions, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and chunking strategies.
- Knowledge of data ingestion, web scraping, data extraction, unstructured data processing, API development, distributed systems, and scalable platform engineering.
- Experience with Git, software testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, Microsoft Azure services, MLOps, and LLMOps.
- Experience with AI model evaluation, benchmarking, testing, monitoring, observability, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with browser automation tools such as Playwright and Puppeteer.
- Preferred qualifications include workflow orchestration, advanced agentic design, hybrid search, advanced RAG, knowledge graphs, graph databases, fine-tuning with LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT, model serving with vLLM or SGLang, and AI observability and tracing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
