Responsibilities

Architect and design reliable multi-agent platforms operating at production scale.
Define technical approaches for RAG, vector search, and knowledge grounding across AI products.
Set architectural standards for LLM orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, tool use, memory, and reasoning pipelines.
Evaluate vector databases, retrieval strategies, and model choices for product needs.
Partner with engineering teams to translate architecture into production-grade, scalable implementations.
Drive decisions involving reliability, latency, cost, security, and performance for enterprise AI workflows.
Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and support real-world business use cases.
Prototype, review code and designs, solve technical problems, and keep architecture current with LLM and agentic AI developments.

5–8 years of experience in software or AI engineering, including designing and architecting production-grade multi-agent platforms.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
Deep understanding of LLM prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment considerations.
Practical experience with RAG architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
Experience taking AI systems from design to production at scale with a focus on reliability and performance.
Strong system design skills and the ability to make sound architectural trade-offs.
Strong communication skills for customer-facing collaboration.
