Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site technical representative for the client engagement.
- Build and deliver production-grade AI/ML and LLM-integrated product features.
- Attend stand-ups, sprint reviews, stakeholder sessions, product discovery meetings, and architecture reviews.
- Translate business requirements into shipped code and refine requirements with stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to CTO- and CFO-level stakeholders.
- Own the day-to-day client relationship and proactively identify issues before escalation.
- Coordinate delivery with ISHIR’s India-based distributed development team.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile delivery execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-integrated products.
- Strong full-stack development background, including React or an equivalent frontend technology.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI, including prompt engineering, RAG, and tool or function calling.
- Ability to work directly with clients and present effectively in executive and boardroom settings.
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and coordinating distributed engineering teams.
- US-based with the ability to travel on-site to client locations, primarily in the Dallas, Texas area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior client-facing technical lead, senior product owner, or solutions architect experience in a services or consulting firm is advantageous.
- Experience with restaurant technology, hospitality SaaS, or B2B platform products is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments, preferably on Azure, is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen is advantageous.
- Anthropic Claude Certified Architect (CCA-F) or equivalent AI platform certification is advantageous.
