Base Salary
$69k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend application development using React or Angular.
- Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Build, deploy, review, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise web applications.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into customer-facing solutions.
- Champion AI-enabled software development practices, including code generation, automated testing, and developer productivity tools.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support solution design, pre-sales activities, proposals, and AI-focused proof of concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of frontend development experience and at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with React or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building and deploying enterprise-grade web applications.
- Mandatory experience with Claude Code.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, Git, and software delivery practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Mobile application development experience with React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android is preferred.
- Knowledge of agentic AI workflows, MCP, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, AI-assisted development tools, or modern DevSecOps practices is preferred.
- Exposure to pre-sales activities, RFP responses, or solution architecture is preferred.
