Responsibilities
- Define the design, architecture, and software requirements for Ground Support Systems supporting 6th Generation and other platforms.
- Develop software directly, define development guidelines for other developers, and maintain and optimize software design and coding environments.
- Maintain and update the software development toolchain in collaboration with specialists and system administrators.
- Define software testing strategies, conduct software tests, and progressively expand the use of automated testing tools.
- Define Statements of Work for external software development and integrate third-party software components.
- Design and develop advanced AI algorithms and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into company products and research innovative machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions.
- Report progress, issues, and proposed recovery actions periodically.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Junior profile with 1–2 years of experience in software development, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Experience with .NET, C#, C++, Python, and associated libraries including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Plotly, and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Git, Visual Studio Code, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kafka, and Microsoft operating systems.
- Experience with microservices, refactoring monolithic architectures, web and on-premise applications, database integration, software performance analysis, and automated software testing.
- Knowledge of avionics systems, mission-planning applications, distributed computing, robust clustering for large datasets, project engineering, SQL, and applicable design and certification standards is desirable.
- Certifications or completed courses in microservices, CI/CD, containers, or big-data analytics are desirable.
- Strong English skills at B2 level or above, teamwork, planning, organization, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
- Availability for business travel.
