Base Salary
$184k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the co-build strategy and prioritize integrations between Elastic and OpenAI and Anthropic
- Serve as Elastic’s technical voice and named point of contact within both partner ecosystems
- Build reference architectures, working prototypes, and integration demonstrations for Elasticsearch-based agentic AI retrieval
- Work with Security and Observability product teams on integration patterns and showcases
- Influence Elastic’s product roadmap using partner and customer technical signals
- Own technical and strategic partner relationships and maintain executive-level alignment cadences
- Coordinate product, engineering, field, and alliances teams across the partner ecosystems
- Co-author joint solution briefs, technical guides, and co-branded content
- Represent Elastic at partner events, developer conferences, technical summits, and community forums
- Translate integrations into field enablement with Elastic marketing teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical presales, partner engineering, solutions architecture, or product management
- Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI or platform partners as the named technical point of contact
- Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demonstrations with partner and Product teams
- Track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities
- Strong communication skills across developer, partner-engineering, executive, and practitioner audiences
- Willingness to travel 30% to partner offices, events, and conferences
- Direct technical experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic and familiarity with their partner programs is preferred
- Technical depth in context engineering for AI agents, AI-powered security operations, or AI-powered observability is preferred
