Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive the co-build strategy with Elastic's Product team for deeper integrations.
- Serve as Elastic's technical voice inside OpenAI and Anthropic ecosystems.
- Build reference architectures and working prototypes for Elasticsearch.
- Influence Elastic's product roadmap based on insights from partner ecosystems.
- Own technical and strategic relationships with partner counterparts.
- Co-author joint solution briefs and technical guides.
- Represent Elastic at AI-focused partner events and conferences.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical presales, partner engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI partners.
- Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demos.
- Track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel 30% for partner engagements.
