Base Salary
$136k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales discovery and document business, functional, and technical requirements to develop solutions and Statements of Work.
- Work with Practice Directors on resourcing sold Statements of Work and collaborate with internal and client-facing stakeholders to define business needs and processes.
- Design complete Salesforce solutions, lead project implementation, and oversee architectural design and delivery progress.
- Facilitate project introductions, kickoff meetings, and weekly client status meetings while creating and managing project timelines.
- Provide final quality assurance, design and deliver end-user training, and support ongoing client engagement and future project roadmaps.
- Share end-to-end responsibility for project success with the Project Manager and delivery team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated competency and experience with Salesforce core products.
- Salesforce certification or an MBA and a minimum of 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, including enterprise strategic projects from end to end.
- Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior enterprise leaders.
- Ability to manage a delivery team and work independently and cross-functionally with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; Salesforce specializations beyond the core platform and prior leadership experience are also preferred.
- Ability to travel at least 20% and log time daily for client and project reporting.
