Responsibilities
- Create data infrastructure to advance analytics and support the scaling of quantitative trading.
- Develop and improve trading platform components, data infrastructure, and related software.
- Design and implement client-server network applications and large-scale systems.
- Optimize C++ code and improve the performance, scalability, and fail-safe operation of trading systems.
- Upgrade major trading system components, design new applications, and implement pricing models as needed.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience with C++.
- Understanding of networking and experience implementing client-server connections.
- Experience investigating how C++ standard libraries work internally.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Graduate-level mathematics skills are required.
- Interest in algorithmic and quantitative trading is a plus, and personal projects may substitute for or complement commercial experience.
