Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack features.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
- Drive architecture decisions, coding standards, project structures, and technical strategy.
- Build scalable front-end architectures with React, Vite, and TanStack Query.
- Architect back-end APIs and services with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Design and implement agentic AI features and intelligent automation in applications.
- Lead AI tool integration and establish best practices for tools such as Claude.
- Lead refactoring and technical-debt reduction initiatives.
- Design testing strategies and write unit and integration tests.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex cross-stack issues.
- Own deployment procedures, create release runbooks, and participate in on-call and incident response.
- Maintain technical documentation and architectural decision records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6 years of professional full-stack development experience with progression in technical leadership.
- Expertise with React, Vite, modern front-end tooling, and state management solutions.
- Deep experience with TanStack Query and performance optimization.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs at scale.
- Experience using AI tools and assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve development productivity.
- Experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems and AI-driven production features.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Experience leading Agile teams and mentoring engineers.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate or PropTech and contributions to open-source or technical communities are preferred.
