Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions for digital transformation and business performance.
- Design, code, test, debug, and review applications for enterprise clients.
- Design and develop generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and foundation models.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Bedrock Knowledge Bases with agentic retrieval, smart parsing, and multimodal content support.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy custom ML models using SageMaker, JumpStart, and HyperPod.
- Implement prompt engineering, optimization, fine-tuning workflows, and Intelligent Prompt Routing for cost optimization.
- Configure Bedrock Guardrails for content safety, PII filtering, hallucination mitigation, and Automated Reasoning checks.
- Build data ingestion pipelines from enterprise sources including S3, SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Web Crawler.
- Conduct model evaluation, benchmarking, and A/B testing across foundation models.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into production applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Strands Agents.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software designs.
- Manage application lifecycle and software project planning to meet client needs.
- Provide technical guidance to associates on AI/ML best practices and collaborate with teams and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preference for study in artificial intelligence, business analytics, computer and data engineering, computer science, human-computer interaction, industrial engineering, information systems or technology, machine learning, management information systems, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with enterprise application architecture and integration preferred.
- Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery methodologies preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, client management, and software engineering problem-solving skills preferred.
