Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end features, including React-based interfaces and Java/Python microservices.
- Drive the integration of AI technologies into the New Relic ecosystem.
- Build and maintain highly available backend services for massive data throughput.
- Lead system architecture discussions and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to create intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers through technical challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a Lead or Staff capacity.
- Deep expertise in React or Angular, focusing on performance optimization.
- Expert-level knowledge of Java or Python, with experience in multi-threading and concurrency.
- Extensive experience in designing and scaling distributed architectures.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and LLM APIs.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring engineers.
