Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, test, document, deploy, and support business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Create and configure relationship types, cascading rules, and entity mappings.
- Develop business process flows and implement role-driven processes.
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders on project status and technical issues.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to develop requirements and specifications.
- Implement development best practices for efficiency and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud.
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 platform including Plugins, Workflows, and Business Rules.
- Hands-on experience with .NET and JavaScript.
- Deep knowledge of Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations is a plus.
