Responsibilities
- Lead manual and automated functional, regression, exploratory, system, usability, integration, and API testing.
- Create test plans, test cases, test environments, and complex manual test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated desktop, UI, API, and performance test suites.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test stability and performance.
- Collaborate with development, product, and infrastructure teams to maintain scalable, production-representative test environments.
- Document, manage, and triage defects using Azure DevOps.
- Own quality for key product features and maintain traceability from requirements through release.
- Build reusable automation libraries and produce test coverage reports.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve QA processes, tools, and scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of software QA experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Hands-on experience with software QA automation, manual testing, test environments, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with WinAppDriver, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and gRPC is required by the listed responsibilities.
- Experience mentoring QA engineers and improving QA processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced written and verbal English.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, or cloud-native applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with BDD/TDD, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Git, and infrastructure-as-code practices is preferred.
- Background in performance, load, security, or contract testing and mining industry experience are preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
