Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine new iOS features for iPhone and iPad applications.
- Locate and resolve mobile application bugs and crashes.
- Brainstorm new ideas and concepts for the product experience.
- Collaborate with teammates on design, code reviews, and estimation.
- Take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in a software or technology environment, or eight years without the specified degree or advanced diploma.
- At least five years of professional mobile development experience, including at least three years of native iOS development.
- Strong computer science and programming fundamentals.
- Experience developing iOS SDK applications with Swift and SwiftUI for iPad and iPhone.
- Deep understanding of SwiftUI UI frameworks and state management, plus strong UIKit expertise including view controller lifecycles and high-performance collection views.
- Understanding of iOS-specific asynchronous processing techniques, Storyboards, Interface Builder, auto and adaptive layout, and iOS user-experience design patterns.
- Desirable experience with Objective-C, unit testing frameworks, RESTful API network requests, Alamofire, e-commerce applications, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Robot Framework UI automation, and Android.
