Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners across ANZ.
Evangelize Okta’s vision and solutions with technical and business leaders.
Define sales plays with partners from use-case qualification to technical win.
Architect and deliver partner proofs of concept and reference architectures.
Ensure partner technical proficiency through workshops and training.
Collaborate with sales teams to support partner-led opportunities.
Act as the technical advocate for partners internally.
Participate in partner events and serve as a technical thought leader.
Travel as required to support partner efforts and regional events.
Own technical strategy for strategic ANZ partners at the principal level.
Influence regional partner go-to-market strategy and solution positioning.
Lead multi-partner technical initiatives with significant revenue impact.
Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor for team members.
Drive feedback loops from partners to shape Okta’s product roadmap.
Establish best practices and reference architectures across the partner ecosystem.
Represent Okta in executive partner forums and industry engagements.

10+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
4+ years of hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions.
Strong understanding of modern architectures in identity, security, or cloud.
Experience enabling partner ecosystems in cloud security or identity.
Ability to articulate architectural patterns and design principles.
Hands-on experience building demos and technical solutions.
Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
