Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and scale backend services and support tools.
- Participate in architectural definition and design distributed solutions for complex real-world problems.
- Create automation and tooling that improve scalability and deployment.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to support customers and partners.
- Research tools and services and propose new features.
- Participate in shared software ownership, including rotating on-call duties.
- Mentor engineers and help upskill team members.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of hands-on experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and production-scale systems.
- Strong, non-negotiable proficiency in Go.
- Basic frontend experience with React.
- Deep knowledge of at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience delivering production code in an Agile environment.
- Ability to design and implement distributed solutions for complex problems.
- Collaborative approach to shared code ownership and team decision-making.
