Responsibilities
- Manage and implement integration services.
- Support presales activities with analytics and integration strategies.
- Define integration strategies according to contract requirements.
- Articulate project scope, estimate costs and timelines, and plan delivery activities.
- Prepare, collect, validate, and execute integration scripts and test cases.
- Diagnose integration issues and take corrective actions.
- Ensure the availability and correct versions of operating systems, hardware, software, licenses, and configuration data.
- Drive improvements to integration processes, methods, efficiency, and delivery quality.
- Maintain and implement E+OHS, data security, and privacy processes and tools.
- Apply understanding of charging and billing functions.
Requirements
- Consultative, troubleshooting, automation, change-management, process-management, and service-improvement skills.
- Service-delivery business understanding, data-analytics, customer-insight, presales, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Understanding of charging and billing functions.
- Familiarity with Ericsson’s portfolio and artificial intelligence.
